June 2009 Techniques used: - coating in marzipan and royal icing - piped flowers (Victorian rose, daisy, primrose, chrysanthemum, daffodil, violet, apple blossom, pansy) and leaves. I also learned a rosebud, but didn't use them here. - piped border (rope) - piped basketweave - colourflow birds
This was a real cake and enjoyed at work!
