This month was very busy in terms of cake decorating courses. This cake is a result from Wilton Course 2 "Flowers and Borders".
Wilton is a very well-known firm in the USA and Canada, supplier of cake decorating tools but also offering courses called 'The Wilton way of Cake Decorating'.
I followed this course with Taart op Maat in Wormerveer. I already followed Wilton course 1 ("Discover Cake Decorating") in January, but didn't take photos back then.
