This cake is a result from the Knightsbridge PME Professional Diploma Course, Royal Icing & Piping module.
PME is a very well-known arts & crafts firm in the UK, supplier of cake decorating tools but also offering professional cake decorating courses.
I followed the PME course with Taart op Maat in Wormerveer.
