Traditional Christmas dessert December 25, 2001
I got this recipe from the wife of my former boss, when I worked in a men's clothing store. It's a definite winner, made of two layers of meringues, with coffee flavored whipped cream smeared in between and over the meringues, decorated with chocolate coffee beans. It's the combination of sweet (meringues) and bitter (coffee) whipped cream that does it!
Nice detail: this moment is about nine hours before Sander and I decided we'd team up together :o).
